A referral is considered successful when:

• The referral has been submitted through the official EP Cube Referral Program (launching in September)
• The referred customer purchases an eligible EP Cube system;
• The installation and commissioning are completed;
• The installation information is verified and approved by EP Cube.

Only verified successful installations qualify for rewards.

For eligible customers with systems installed before 1 July 2026:

• First successful referral: Complimentary upgrade from a 10-year to a 15-year battery warranty.
• Second and subsequent successful referrals: £50 Gift Card per successful installation. The total referral reward is capped at £500 per participant.

No. For eligible existing customers with systems installed before 1 July 2026, the reward for the first successful referral is exclusively the complimentary upgrade to a 15-year battery warranty.

A new customer who purchases and installs an eligible EP Cube system through the Referral Program will receive a £150 Gift Card after successful installation completion and verification.

The reward is provided after EP Cube confirms that all eligibility requirements have been met.

Yes. Customers with eligible EP Cube systems installed on or after 1 July 2026 can participate in the Referral Program. For each successful referred installation, they will receive a £50 Gift Card per successful installation, and a maximum cumulative reward of £500 per participant. 

No. The 15-year warranty applies only to the EP Cube battery modules. The following are excluded:

• Inverter
• Accessories
• Other system components

EP Cube Batteries are warranted to retain at least 80% SOH of their initial capacity for up to 10 years and are covered by an extended product warranty for a total of 15 years. Under typical residential operating conditions, capacity after 15 years is anticipated to be around 60% SOH of the initial value.

Yes. The warranty extension applies to eligible EP Cube systems equipped with both 3.3 kWh battery modules and 5 kWh battery modules.

The warranty upgrade becomes effective after:

• The referred installation and commissioning are completed;
• EP Cube verifies the successful referral;
• The warranty upgrade confirmation process is completed.

That usually takes 10-15 business days after the installations.

The EP Cube Referral Program is open for registrations and eligible referrals until: 31 March 2027

To qualify: the referral must be submitted through the official EP Cube Referral Program, and the referred installation must be completed and verified on or before 31 March 2027. Installations completed after this date will not qualify for referral rewards.

No referral rewards under this program will be issued for installations completed after 31 March 2027.

EP Cube plans to introduce a future extended warranty purchase option from 1 April 2027. Details will be announced separately.

Installers and distributors may support customers in understanding and completing the referral process. However, the referral must be registered through the official EP Cube Referral Program according to the program requirements and verified with end customer information.

The program is available for: eligible EP Cube homeowners in Europe; eligible EP Cube systems installed before or after 1 July 2026; customers meeting all Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

Customers should register through the official EP Cube Referral Program channel provided by EP Cube by email and on the EP Cube website. Installers and distributors should direct customers to the official registration process and avoid collecting referral information independently.
